Does Time Wizard integrate with Recruit Wizard?

Yes — Time Wizard has a comprehensive two-way integration with Recruit Wizard. Clients, jobs, placements and workers created in Recruit Wizard flow straight into Time Wizard, so there's no double entry. Approved timesheets flow back the other way, giving Recruit Wizard accurate reporting and forecasting. Worker updates (address, mobile, etc.) sync back to the candidate record automatically.

How is Time Wizard different from a generic scheduling or payroll tool?

Time Wizard is purpose-built for recruitment agencies. Generic scheduling and payroll tools treat recruitment as an edge case — we're built for it. Rostering, timesheets, client invoicing and contractor pay all live in one place, fed directly by your placements, rates and margins from Recruit Wizard, so nothing gets rekeyed between systems.

Who can Time Wizard pay today? Is it STP2 compliant?

Right now, Time Wizard's payroll module is focused on paying sub-contractors — either through their own company or a payroll/umbrella company. We don't currently process employee or casual payroll, which means no STP2, PAYG or award interpretation in-platform yet. Full employee/casual payroll is planned for a future release.

Does Time Wizard plug into my accounting system?

Yes. We handle invoicing and contractor payments in-platform, and sync the data into your accounting system so finance isn't rekeying anything. Xero is supported today, with more integrations on the roadmap.

How do contractors submit timesheets?

Contractors submit timesheets through a mobile-friendly web app. They log hours and breaks, then submit for approval. Managers approve in one tap and any exceptions or overtime are flagged automatically.

How long does implementation take?

Most agencies are live within 2–4 weeks, depending on data migration complexity. Our onboarding team handles client and worker imports, integrations and training. You'll have a dedicated implementation manager throughout.

Is my data safe?

Time Wizard runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, SSO options, and daily backups. We're built with security and privacy as first-class requirements.
